Dear Prospective Exhibitor:
TRIAD PRIDE 2013 Festival will be Saturday, September 14th, 2013 at Festival Park in beautiful downtown Greensboro. We are very excited about returning to this space that proved to be very accommodating at our 2012 event. The Triad Pride Festival is an excellent arena to market your products and services, particularly if you have something new that your company or organization now offers. Over 1,400 people from the Piedmont Triad attended the Triad Pride in 2012. With the change to a later date for 2012, we had a much greater participation by providing the more than 30,000 students at local college and universities a chance to be a part of Triad Pride!.
Below is a link for the contract and a list of rules and regulations for your review….Don’t wait! This event sells out quickly and booths are sold on a first come, first serve basis. In addition reserve your booth and pay by July 1st and receive a $25.00 discount. Reserve your space now by returning the enclosed information or by paying via this website.
This is a FREE event for the Triad community. Let the GLBTQA community know you support them and let them know about you and your company. Don’t miss this tremendous opportunity to educate the community about your products and services. We look forward to seeing you on September 14th 2013!
Sincerely,
Paul Marshall

Dear Triad Pride,
Elsewhere, living museum in downtown Greensboro hosts a youth-led media program, called QueerLab, that is collecting stories about being Queer in the South for a multimedia magazine. What opportunities are there for our program to be involved with Triad Pride? We could be interested in having a table at the event or being part of the parade. How do we go about finding out more information about this?
Looking forward to being in touch with you soon!
